How The Progression Guarantee Works
To take advantage of our guarantee, you should:
Take the full-time CIEP schedule for the entire programme.
Achieve a minimum of 80% Attendance for all components.
Complete 100% of classwork and homework.
Complete 100% of MyELT and Say It Right assignments for all components.
Follow all recommendations in your Individual Progress Update (IPU) and Individual Progress Planner (IPP).
Attend all Remedial Classes conducted by your teachers.
Join our free Workshops whenever possible.
What's the Study Duration at ELS?
At ELS, we make meeting UTAR’s English requirements easy to ensure you achieve the required English proficiency in the shortest possible time.
- Minimum Duration: Some students can qualify for UTAR in as little as 1 month (1 level) of intensive study at ELS.
- Typical Duration: On average, students take about 4 months (1 semester) to meet UTAR's English proficiency requirements.
Study at an ELS Centre or Online
All ELS centres in Malaysia offer face-to-face classes for CIEP. However, If you are in your home country, you can also choose to start your English programme sooner by joining the CIEP Online.
Either way, ELS will ensure you have everything you need to succeed academically and enjoy learning English.
