ELS and the CEFR

In 2014, an analysis of ELS Levels and The Common European Framework of Reference was conducted by Second Language Testing, Inc. (SLTI), a leading language assessment company. In the analysis, SLTI reviewed ELS level objectives, materials and assessments for all four skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. What was the conclusion?
