Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Student Advisor to join our Enrolment & Admissions team.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through their enrolment journey, building strong relationships with potential students, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving monthly enrolment and enrolment targets.
You will work closely with prospective students and clients from diverse backgrounds, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, relationship-building, and working in an international education environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture prospective student enquiries from initial contact through to enrolment.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Conduct sales consultations and appointments, present suitable programmes, and confidently close enrolments.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and enrolment targets.
- Maintain strong knowledge of ELS programmes, services, and enrolment processes.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective students.
- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to student recruitment initiatives.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM system.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and results.
- Follow up consistently and effectively to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Manage sales administration and ensure all enrolment documentation and records are completed accurately.
- Participate in training, coaching, and professional development activities to continuously improve sales and communication skills.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma, degree, or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of sales experience; experience in the education sector is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written, as the role involves regular engagement with Arabic-speaking clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Customer-focused, confident, resilient, and comfortable handling rejection.
- Strong time management, organisation, and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is an advantage.
- Adaptable and open to learning new sales approaches, tools, and strategies.
- Creative and solution-oriented when addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Positive, proactive, and highly results-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering quality service before and after the sale.
Working Conditions
- Based at ELS Headquarters, Damansara Perdana.
- This is a fully on-site position with no work-from-home arrangement.
- No direct supervisory responsibilities.
- Some local travel may be required.
- Immediate availability preferred.
