  • Ensure the quality of student services.

  • Hire, train and supervise all clerical staff.
  • Supervise the registration of students and fees collection.

  • Manage the fiscal operations of the Centres, including administering payroll procedures and records.
  • Ensure that Centre funds and property are secured and accounted for.
  • Process invoices, bills, purchase orders and payments.
  • Supervise and maintaining clean, attractive and comfortable facilities and equipment for staff and students.
  • Submit required weekly reports and other data requested by the Director of Operations
  • Answer emails enquiries, liaising with Embassy regarding sponsored students.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Lead and supervise members of the accounting team to ensure accuracy in their work.

  • Maintain proper internal control systems and implement improvements when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory accounting regulations.
  • Perform credit evaluation on new customers.
  • Ensure efficient cost control over Centres' expenditures.
  • Enhance subordinates' performance with proper workforce planning and training.
  • Timely preparation and submission of monthly management report of all centres and consolidated management report.
  • Responsible for cash flow management of all Centres.
  • Advise Management on policies and procedures relating to financial matters.
  • Responsible for fund management within the group of companies.
  • Provide accurate and timely management information for decision making.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax agents for prompt annual audits and tax filing.
  • Liaise with company secretary for statutory requirements.
  • Ensure that Centres' funds are secured and accounted for.
  • Ensure good personnel relations.
  • Timely preparation of monthly payroll.
  • Ensure Centres' collections procedures are maintained.
  • Liaise with other branches and associated companies on inter-company transactions and advise them as and when necessary.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Degree in Accounting/professional accounting qualifications, preferably from the education industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience and 2 years at a supervisory or managerial level.
  • Good analytical skills and a strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline.
  • Member of MIA is an advantage.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of audit experience in a medium or large accounting firm.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • IT proficient.

Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, i.e. recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, performance management, expat management, employee engagement, etc.

  • Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures.
